DJ Mustard’s first signed artist Choice drops his debut mixtape on 10 Summers Records: By Choice Not Force. After hitting us with a joint project with RJ earlier in the year, Choice decided to release his first solo project on the Label.
Mustard delivers his status quo on the production. Choice laces #BCNF with his game spitter bars reminiscent of Mac Dre to some. The west coast roots run deep in Choice and you can hear it’s influence via his style and delivery.
Laced with only 7 tracks, the follow up to Rich Off Mackin features guest appearances from Ty Dolla $ign, Drakeo, and his frequent collaborator RJ, of Pushaz Ink. It’s led by the previously heard single “I Be Wit,” which you can watch the video for below.
There’s Never A Dull Moment in the life of Dashius Clay. As soon as you put NADM in and press play that becomes apparent rather quickly. A fresh breath of different. The Rap/EDM producer and recording artist goes hard for the MiYayo on his latest release, Never A Dull Moment, which is now available on most major retailers (iTunes/Apple Music/Google Play/Spotify ect).
For us here at AUR? the rabbit hole journey began on RiiahWORLD’s recent release, Worst Case Scenario, that dropped just a few days before NADM with the record “Big Chair” a collaboration between the two Miami artists.
It was actually then we started anticipating Dashius Clay’s project… and Mr. Clay didn’t let us down.
Right from the jump the Intro (So Gone) sets the mood for this electronic fused Miami rap gem. Grinding takes those unique DC vibes up a notch. And while we’ve only known Dashius for 6 months or so that record verifies everything we’ve come to know of him, the dude is serious about his craft and commands mutual respect.
Man of the City & No More Rain are our favorite two. They are more trap-trippy with complete, clean concepts. The NADM album as a whole has a wide ranging collective vibe. It must be the red beard!
The singles Look At My Golds & Oh You Mad have mass appeal and the hooks/melodies seem to linger around after NADM is over. We don’t care who publicizes “Golds” (Gold Teeth) anybody who keeps it 100 will tell you Miami-Dade County is the home of Gold Slugs (or at least deep rooted in its history). Dashius is just doing his Miamian due diligence on this slightly Eminem-ish sounding produced anthem.
Then Dashius channels his inner Kanye with records like Hopes On Flame & What Do We Stand For and shows his versatility.
The album couldn’t be official without some electronic/EDM so you know Dashius left us Fading to the Sun with a Rusty flavored electronic outro.
RiiahWORLD delivers in a Worst Case Scenario. Literally. We’re still taking everything in as the album was loaded with 20 tracks and range in sub-genres, but a few songs already have replay value.
The Gates sets the tone early and is well reflective of the album as a whole. Big Chair featuring Dashius Clay is the 3rd song and one of WCS’s biggest records. I’ve Been High is one of RiiahWORLD’s most popular songs, the video is pretty clean too, featuring one of Riiah’s (and Miami’s) favorite engineer’s @LitoMixedIt from Mix Masters Miami.
You will notice Riiah’s versatility as he’s able to swing from traditional neo-soul R&B (The Gates, Baddest) to more traditional rap (2 Bad Bitches, Big Chair) but throughout RiiahWORLD shows off his vocal capabilities and intertwines them with his lyrical prowess.
Then there’s records like Hit That Bitch that are just different. A track we’re sure the underground will appreciate, Coffee Cafe features another of Miami’s own Ghost Wridah.
Lookout for RiiahWORLD and get familiar with man behind the name!

Some of you may have heard of Project Baby, and others might have thought that they were listening to early Boosie, but make sure you get familiar with Florida Boy Kodak Black, as he consistently makes waves in the industry. I first heard the high pitch voice on the premiere episode of OVO radio when Drake debuted “No Flockin.” That was just the beginning, as Drake has since continued to showcase the 18 year old, with clips on IG to quotes on Twitter. Kodak’s newest single SKRT has already been remixed by Lunice, who debuted it at #TheVibeSeries last Thursday at Sidebar. Kodak Black is just coming up, so be on the look out for him.
