Meet Darryl “Mailman” Johnson aka Mailman Production. If you haven’t heard of him yet, chances are you will soon. With one of Miami’s hottest tracks – Dime Piece by emerging Miami recording artist Khaotic – attributed to his name he’s got no direction to go but up. Mailman may not be the loudest spoken person but his beats are causing plenty noise in South Florida.

The producer is often overlooked and under appreciated in Hip Hop these days so we enjoy taking the time to shine some light on them. After all a record wouldn’t exist without a beat. Check out the official music video below:
“Dime Piece” generated so much buzz in the streets Miami heavyweight Rick Ross recent blessed the track with a MMG Remix. Check that out below as well:

Book 2 is more aggressive, militant and ruthless. #HeartbreakMarley is a great reflection of the different sides of one crazy Gemini, Marley The Misfit.
“King Crookz” is a song off Marley Brooker’s new #HeartbreakMarley double disc mixtape. It references off King Asa in the bible, the grandson of Solomon. Special s/o to Miss Cash’s cousin Tessa for the audio excerpts.

Nipsey Hussle appreciates his fans, and that’s proven by the backstory behind why he released “Count Up That Loot.”
Back on January 13, the West Coast rapper was scheduled to perform a Crenshaw tour show in Denver, but had to cancel due to bad weather. Neighborhood Nip took to Twitter to apologize. “My deepest apologies to all my people in Denver that were expecting us tonite. the hwy’s wouldn’t let us through based on the weather…,” he wrote.
Next, Nipsey said, “The show will be rescheduled and I’m dropping new music for y’all in the am because of the let down. #crenshawtour continues 2marrow 1.” Consider “Count Up That Loot,” a mellow track produced by DJ Drew Byrd, to be the MCs amends.
Meek Mill took to Twitter today to announce the release date of his upcoming mixtape, Dreamchasers 3. The tape, which we already know will feature a remix of “I Got 5 On It” with Jadakiss, is due out May 6. See Meek’s tweet below, and stay tuned for new music to drop off DC3 in the coming weeks.
